Raimondo.Magistrate Judge Robert Lehrburger of the Southern District of New York recommended Tuesday that a Ukrainian artist’s copyright infringement and Digital Millennium Copyright Act suit against Home Box Office be dismissed for failure to demonstrate the artist’s work is exempt from the US registration requirement....
