Four arrested amid UK probe into M&S, Co-op, Harrods hacks

( July 10, 2025, 11:43 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Four people have been arrested in the UK as part of an investigation into cyber attacks targeting M&S, Co-op and Harrods. The National Crime Agency said the people were arrested in the West Midlands and London today on suspicion of Computer Misuse Act offenses, blackmail, money laundering and participating in the activities of an organized crime group. Paul Foster, head of the NCA's National Cyber Crime Unit, thanked the three retailers for their support in its investigation.
