Former Azure Power director yet to be served in US SEC bribery case

The SEC sued Cabanes in November 2024 for violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act over his alleged role in a bribery scheme in India to secure multi-billion-dollar energy projects for his company and a second renewable firm based there.
