Former Cognizant executive’s hearing on bid to fire Paul Weiss to remain sealed

Farbiarz ordered today. Schwartz has sought to terminate his attorneys after their firm Paul Weiss was targeted in an executive order signed by President Donald Trump. Schwartz hired new lawyers from Sullivan & Cromwell to represent him. The judge has yet to rule on the Paul Weiss lawyers' motion to withdraw from the case, but they did not attend the sealed hearing, according to a filing on the public docket.See docket entries below.
