Axiom Ince executives appear in UK court over fraud allegations

Their cases were today sent to Southwark Crown Court where they were told to next appear on Feb.12. Five senior Axiom Ince employees appeared at a London court today to answer fraud charges related to the UK law firm’s collapse and the loss of tens of millions of pounds of client money. The men appeared at Westminster Magistrates Court today following criminal charges brought by the Serious Fraud Office last month (see here). The charges followed the closure of the law firm, which had offices all around the country, in October 2023. Prosecutors allege that 60 million pounds ($73.3 million) worth of client money went missing....
