( July 16, 2025, 10:36 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Most EU member states have failed to fully implement faster permit-granting procedures for renewables, despite the requirement of the revised rules for them to do so, SolarPower Europe says in its latest report. Progress remains limited, with an average of around 50 percent of the measures transposed at the national level, when assessing the transposition rate per dimension across EU countries.
