EU Social Climate Fund risks delay as countries fail to submit investment plans

Out of the 27 EU member states, only Sweden managed to submit its full social climate plan, detailing investments and measures to support vulnerable groups, a spokesperson for the European Commission said today. Following national submissions, the commission has five months to assess the plans and authorize payments.
