In a statement on Tuesday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said the corporation holds the long-term airport lease for Moorabbin Airport in Melbourne. The group of investors includes Australian profit-to-member superannuation fund REST, Australian superannuation and retirement fund Aware Super, US-based mutual life insurance company MassMutual and Goodman, part of the Goodman Group, an industrial property and digital infrastructure business.
