National Dental Care's proposed clinic acquisition cleared in Australia

( April 8, 2026, 04:11 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: National Dental Care’s proposed acquisition of the business assets of the Comfy Dental clinic in the state of Western Australia has received regulatory clearance. In a determination issued on Tuesday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said the aggregation in the supply of general dentistry services in the local area arising from the acquisition is not significant. National Dental Care operates a network of dental clinics that provide a range of general dentistry services. The regulator said NDC HoldCo, through its wholly owned subsidiary, NDC Australia, will acquire from the Comfy Dental Trust 100 percent of the business assets comprising the Comfy Dental Clinic.Determination is attached....
