UK decision on Vandemoortele-Délifrance deal to come by Feb. 20

( December 31, 2025, 13:20 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Vandemoortele and Délifrance have been served with an order preventing integration of the two suppliers of frozen bakery products before the UK merger regulator decides whether to accept measures offered to ease competition concerns over their tieup. The Competition and Markets Authority has said it might accept the companies' proposals to divest certain assets, and will formally decide by Feb. 20 after a consultation.
