HPE-Juniper hold separate motion hearing set for Jan. 8 in US court

( November 26, 2025, 20:24 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A California judge scheduled a Jan. 8 hearing for arguments on a motion for a hold separate order in the Hewlett Packard Enterprise-Juniper merger settlement case. The US Department of Justice negotiated a settlement with the companies, which now must be reviewed by the court. Twelve states and the District of Columbia have been allowed to intervene in the case, and filed a hold separate motion Nov. 18. The court ordered HPE to file its opposition to the motion by Dec. 9; any government response will also be filed by Dec. 9; the states must file their reply to the opposition by Dec. 23; followed by the hearing, which is scheduled for 10 am.See file attachment. ...
