Pfizer tells Delaware court it meets requirements to block Novo-Metsera merger

"At that point, Pfizer would be irreparably injured,” said Pfizer, which told the court it has met the requirements for a TRO. Pfizer petitioned the court to block Novo Nordisk's bid for Metsera, alleging the bid is an attempt by Novo Nordisk to "protect its dominant market position in GLP-1s by capturing and killing a nascent competitor."
