CAR-Machines4U deal set to proceed, following Australian green light

( October 2, 2025, 08:29 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The regulatory review of CAR Group's plans to acquire Mojo Holdco, the holding company for Machines4U, has come to an end, with Australia’s competition watchdog announcing it wouldn’t oppose the deal.
