US DOJ asks court to let it publish comments on HPE deal electronically

( September 18, 2025, 20:18 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Department of Justice is asking a federal judge to authorize electronic publication of the public comments submitted in the case involving HPE and Juniper Networks rather than "costly" Federal Register publication. The government said it can satisfy its statutory publication obligations by "alternative means," including posting public comments on the Antitrust Division’s website, in tandem with Federal Register publication of the relevant internet address. The agency said it has received over 130 pages of comments so far during the public comment period. See motion attached. ...
