Baker Hughes, Chart Industries filed HSR Act paperwork Sept. 3

( September 8, 2025, 21:16 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Baker Hughes and Chart Industries Inc. each filed Hart-Scott-Rodino Act Premerger Notification and Report Forms on Sept. 3, according to a securities filing. The companies' filings start a 30-day waiting period for review of the transaction by government agencies that could result in an early termination, second request or a pull and refile to allow the agencies more time to review.
