BT Luxembourg cleared to acquire Smit Lamnalco Projects in Papua New Guinea

( September 8, 2025, 07:32 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: BT Luxembourg II’s proposal to indirectly acquire Smit Lamnalco Projects and directly acquire Smit Lamnalco Towage PNG through BT’s business Boluda has been cleared by Papua New Guinea’s mergers regulator.
