Adbri-SA Premix review back on track, Australian regulator says

( September 1, 2025, 08:02 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The review of Australian cement company Adbri’s proposed acquisition, through its subsidiaries Adbri Concrete and Quarries SA, of a 100 percent stake in Premix Concrete S.A., Seelander Quarries, Clinton Quarries and Adelaide Industrial Sands, known collectively as SA Premix, is back on track. In an entry on its website, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said it had resumed its informal review, after having receive further information from the parties on Aug. 27. The regulator had set Sept. 11 as the provisional date for its findings.
