Uber and Dantaxi must notify their already-completed merger, Danish watchdog says

( August 26, 2025, 12:48 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Uber must notify its acquisition of Denmark's taxi company Dantaxi, despite the deal being already implemented, and being under the national threshold for notification, the Danish competition authority said today. The regulator, which says the acquisition might hamper competition in the country, is using for the first time its power to demand notification of transactions below the threshold.
