US DOJ submits unopposed motion, memo in support of Keysight-Spirent final judgement

( August 22, 2025, 21:26 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Justice Department today filed an unopposed motion and memorandum in support of entry of the final judgement in the matter of Keysight's acquisition of Spirent. The agency argues that the proposed final judgement is in the public interest because it is "designed to eliminate the likely anticompetitive effects of the acquisition alleged by the United States by requiring Defendants to agree to make a divestiture and to undertake certain actions related to the divestiture to remedy the loss of competition alleged in the Complaint."See attached document....
