Microstar Logistics-Konvoy review restarts in Australia

( July 29, 2025, 08:12 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The review of US-based keg-services company MicroStar Logistics’ bid to acquire Konvoy Holdings is back on track in Australia, with the antitrust regulator announcing today it had restarted the clock. In an entry on its website, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said it had received further information from the merger parties on July 25 and had recommenced the timeline. The regulator has set Aug. 14 as the new provisional date for an announcement. The ACCC had stopped the clock on July 11. MicroStar entered the Australian market in 2021 through its acquisition of Kegstar from Brambles; Konvoy operates in Australia and New Zealand.The entry on the ACCC website follows: ...
