Kegstar New Zealand's bid for Konvoy's assets sparks regulatory review

( July 29, 2025, 01:49 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Beer-kegs supplier Kegstar New Zealand is seeking to acquire kegs, beacons and operational records from Konvoy New Zealand, which went into liquidation recently, the country’s antitrust watchdog said. In a statement today, New Zealand Commerce Commission said that while Kegstar and Konvoy both supply beer kegs to breweries on a rental basis and provide logistics services, Konvoy went into liquidation on May 30.
