Rakoff, who is replacing Victor Marrero. A pretrial conference will be held before Judge Rakoff at 11 a.m. on June 26 EST in courtroom 14B at the Daniel Patrick Moynihan Courthouse on Pearl Street in New York City. The bench trial is still scheduled to begin Sept. 8 at 9:30 a.m. EST.Statement follows in full....
