US FTC court sets GTCR-Surmodics June 9 scheduling conference, unless parties waive

( May 30, 2025, 14:38 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Federal Trade Commission administrative court ordered a scheduling conference June 9 in the GTCR-Surmodics merger case, unless the parties agree to waive the meeting by June 4. The initial complaint was amended to add GTCR LLC, an affiliate of GTCR BC Holdings. Prior to GTCR LLC’s joinder, a scheduling conference was held and a scheduling order was issued on March 31 governing the proceedings in the case. Now that GTCR LLC has been added, the court is offering the parties another scheduling conference, if needed.  See file attachment. ...
