Revised Maini-Ring Plus Aqua merger receives India's re-approval after structural changes

The two entities will merge to form JK Maini Precision Technologies, while their aerospace division will demerge into JK Maini Global Aerospace. The re-approval by the Competition Commission of India was necessary due to modifications to the original transaction structure, which had initially received regulatory approval in March 2024.
