Schlumberger wins conditional nod in Norway to buy ChampionX

Under the package, the target will divest its unit US Synthetic. The buyer agreed to enter into long-term supply agreements to ensure access to products and services from ChampionX’s Quartzdyne business or to offer products and services to other customers on non-discriminatory terms.
