Milcobel, FrieslandCampina hold pre-notification talks with EU Commission

The deal was made known at the end of 2024, a few months before rivals Arla and DKM announced their intention to conduct a similar merger, which is also subject to subject to EU clearance.Dairy companies Milcobel and FrieslandCampina are holding informal talks with the European Commission before officially filing for merger clearance — a step known as "pre-notification" — a spokesperson for FrieslandCampina told MLex....
