Remedies in Vodafone-Digi plan to buy Telekom Romania open for comments

The remedies are meant to improve the quality of mobile data services for customers. While Digi’s proposal includes an increase in the average mobile data transfer speed across the entire network through investments, Vodafone is ready to integrate the Vodafone and Telekom networks, with increased capacity and coverage, and by using spectrum sources.
