Azul-Gol codeshare agreement under review by Brazil CADE Tribunal over gun-jumping

The formal request was made by Councilor Gustavo Augusto Freitas de Lima after the agency’s investigatory unit closed the gun-jumping probe involving the companies. The case was drawn to councilor Carlos Jacques Vieira Gomes for review.
