The statement followed a cybersecurity capacity-building seminar hosted by the center in Beijing in August, where representatives from China, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Vietnam discussed cybersecurity conditions, policies and capacity building.
