China court in Guangzhou issues guidance on foreign electronic-data evidence

The 15-question guide covers evidence collection, authentication and judicial review, while reminding parties to comply with relevant foreign laws and protect personal information, trade secrets and data security. It also addresses the verification of data held on foreign servers and the use of blockchain and artificial intelligence in evidence handling.
