Telegram lawsuit held up by Australian regulator's difficulties serving platform

In a Federal Court hearing on Friday, lawyer Philip Solomon said the Australian Office of the eSafety Commissioner had been trying to engage with Telegram since the day it filed the proceedings in July to move the case forward but had not yet fully succeeded.
