An employee failed to sufficiently follow the company's procedures for identity verification and issued a duplicate SIM card to an imposter. Since Yoigo was previously sanctioned for a similar incident, the regulator decided this violation showed serious negligence, even though other security controls blocked the SIM shortly afterward.Decision attached (in Spanish)....
