The tech giant was ordered by the Federal Court of Australia to pay a A$650,000 ($462,000) fine and A$100,000 in legal costs to Australia’s eSafety Commissioner. The two parties agreed to the orders and penalty after a three-year battle in which X lost twice in federal court.
