Tech execs could face criminal liability under UK plans on harmful pornography

The proposals, which the government said on Friday would be detailed “in due course,” would also target content depicting incest and adults roleplaying as children. The amendment would allow prison sentences or fines for executives at firms that don’t comply with Ofcom’s decisions.Statement follows....
