California kids code injunction decision triggers digital industry-wide concern

An MLex analysis of securities filings from a wide range of companies shows that dating app companies, social media platforms, entertainment sites, games companies, and child safety apps have all warned their investors that the ADCA threatens to hurt revenue and drive up compliance costs.
