Court annuls German blocks on adult content platforms; cites EU’s DSA primacy

( February 12, 2026, 16:57 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The administrative court of Neustadt an der Weinstrasse, southwestern Germany, said on Thursday that it annulled blocking orders against Cyprus-based pornography platforms on Jan. 13. The orders were issued in 2024 by the Rhineland-Palatinate state media regulator, which argued that the platforms’ age verification fell short of German law.
