Google, plaintiffs agree to $68 million settlement over Google Assistant recordings

"The Settlement, if approved, will resolve claims relating to Google’s alleged recording of individuals’ communications using Google Assistant and Google Assistant Enabled Devices without their consent and the use and disclosure of communications to third parties," the plaintiffs said in asking a federal judge in San Jose, California, to provide preliminary settlement approval.See attached document....
