Amendments to the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill would either require platforms to block all users under 16 or introduce a harm-based system similar to film ratings.Two competing proposals to impose age limits on social media platforms are expected to be debated by UK lawmakers on Wednesday evening, despite the government announcing it wants to consult on further measures to protect children online....
