UK online safety regulator steps up probe into suicide forum after parents' pressure

The update came as bereaved families and the Molly Rose Foundation accused Ofcom of failing to act against the site, linked to at least 133 UK deaths, and urged it to take enforcement action under the Online Safety Act.The UK online safety regulator Ofcom said it is prioritizing its investigation into a pro suicide online forum after evidence from mental health charity Samaritans suggested the site remains accessible to UK users, despite a voluntary geoblock introduced in July....
