Questions on media intermediary services’ transparency rules sent to ECJ

A Berlin court has asked EU judges to rule on whether German law can require app-based “intermediary media services” — such as a platform hosting third-party podcasts — to disclose algorithms and selection criteria for presentation on the platform even if they are based in another EU country.
