China moves to step up enforcement on auto-data security, official says

Speaking at a forum in Beijing on Friday, Wang Qi, deputy head of the Cyberspace Data Administration Bureau under the Cyberspace Administration of China, said regulators will use targeted guidance and regular inspections as key enforcement tools.
