Google, Flo Health to pay combined $56m to settle US reproductive app privacy case

( September 24, 2025, 17:03 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Google and Flo Health have proposed to pay $48 million and $8 million, respectively, to settle privacy allegations in litigation against the companies over Flo's allegedly illegal sharing of its users reproductive health data with Google, Meta Platforms and Flurry — a case in which a federal jury in August found that Meta had violated the California Invasion of Privacy Act.
