Camerdata fined EUR260,000 in Spain for GDPR breach

( August 5, 2025, 09:52 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Camerdata, a Spanish business-information provider, has received a 260,000-euro fine from the Spanish Data Protection Agency for violating the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation. The company was found to have processed data it in its own information system and transferred it to third parties, without legal basis. In addition to obtaining information on the data subjects in an indirect way, Camerdata had failed to inform them about the data processing, the DPA said.The decision is attached (in Spanish)....
