Australian bank breached privacy safeguards under data-portability rules, regulator says

In a blog published by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, Privacy Commissioner Carly Kind said that liability for the actions of a third-party provider is a “key issue” in the first Consumer Data Right determination issued by the regulator today.
