Terminated PCLOB members request reinstatement in US motion for summary judgment

( March 13, 2025, 14:18 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Travis LeBlanc and Edward Felten, two former Democratic members of the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board who were fired by President Donald Trump, filed a motion for summary judgment asking a federal judge to find their firings illegal and reinstate them. They asked the court to decide "as soon as its schedule permits to enable the plaintiffs to resume their vital and time-sensitive work as members of the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board."See attached document....
