Dutch foundation's case against Google can move forward

( January 15, 2025, 14:20 GMT | Official Statement) -- A Dutch foundation has won permission from an Amsterdam court to move ahead with legal action against Google for allegedly infringing Android phone users' privacy, the campaign group said today. The court ruled that the foundation's mass claim lawsuit is admissible and that it can proceed on behalf of Dutch Android users, Stichting Massaschade & Consument said.
