Beijing Internet Court highlights typical personal-data cases

These eight typical cases involve issues such as: AI face-swapping infringing on personal information rights and interests; informed consent rules for personal-information processing; security obligations of personal-information processors; the use of de-identified personal information after processing, and proper safekeeping of personal information in online accounts.
