M&A - Nvidia - Hugging Face

Semiconductor leader Nvidia has agreed to acquire Hugging Face, an open-source community for artificial intelligence, in a deal worth $12.9 billion. Hugging Face will remain an open platform and the deal aims to scale Hugging Face and expand access to AI for developers and institutions worldwide. Nvidia is traded on the Nasdaq, while Hugging Face is a privately held company.
