M&A - GSK - Nuvalent

London-based GSK, a global biopharma company, has agreed to acquire Boston-based Nuvalent, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on oncology therapies, for $10.6 billion. GSK is traded on the New York Stock Exchange, while Nuvalent is traded on the Nasdaq. The deal is expected to close in Q3 2026.
