Brazil’s competition authority is reviewing under its full-form procedure the proposed incorporation of CBO into OceanPact, resulting in a combined publicly listed company. Upon completion, CBO would be extinguished and its shareholders would become shareholders of OceanPact, which is listed in B3’s Novo Mercado segment.
